Our firm concentrates on the prosecution and defense of negligence, wrongful death, and medical malpractice actions. PAUL W. CUTRONE is a litigation attorney with over 25 years of experience. He has been admitted to practice in the N.Y.S. Courts since 1982. He has been admitted to practice in the Eastern and Southern Districts of the Federal Courts since 1983. In addition to his 20+ plus years representing plaintiffs/claimants, Mr. Cutrone's prior experience includes the defense of doctors and hospitals while an associate at Furey, Furey, Gerver and McHenry, P.C., of Hempstead, New York. He has also defended construction accident claims, as well as general negligence actions. Mr. Cutrone holds a B.A. Degree from Columbia College (1978), and a J.D. Degree from Hofstra School of Law (1981). Mr. Cutrone is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Membership is limited to those who have won million dollar and multimillion dollar verdicts, awards, and settlements. He is a Past President of the Blackstone Lawyers Club of Ridgewood. He is a co-chairperson of the Negligence Trials Committee of the Queens County Bar Association, and has been a lecturer at their continuing legal education seminars. He is also a member of the Nassau County bar Association, the N.Y.S. Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice, the N.Y.S. Bar Association and the Columbian Lawyers Association. Mr. Cutrone is active in community and civic affairs, including the Kiwanis Club and the R.G.M.V.M. Little League, which had named him Sponsor of the Year. Mr. Cutrone is currently under contract to author the forthcoming book Proving Pain and Suffering, which will be published by James Publishing Co., a well known legal publisher.
